Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible with our refund and returns policy.

Returns Eligibility:

You may return unused and unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refund Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ferociousfightwear.com to request a return authorization.

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request efficiently.

We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon receipt, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. In the event of a product being defective all shipping costs will be covered by Ferocious Fightwear Ltd.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe return to us.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria or are returned after the specified timeframe.
